Holey Cucumber

I was so looking forward to my cucumber at lunch today. I have been craving them for weeks now. Before I starting peeling I had to decide how much I was going to eat. I sliced in and was devastated by a hollow center. Have you ever seen such a thing?

    It didn't smell rotten, but I didn't want to chance it. I think it was premature... maybe.
